LOCATION

The house is in the popular Yacht Club Area, in southeast Cape Coral. Due to the short way to the Caloosahatchee river this is a very valued area for boaters. Who wants to ride somewhere on the 400mls of waterways Cape Corals in the blazing sun, if you can blow the breeze on the river while you are on the way to the most beautiful beaches or the bar with boat dock? It is situated along quiet roads, both of which end as dead ends. To restaurants, shopping, bars, the Yacht Club, the beach and much more there are only short distances. South West Florida Airport (RSW) is only a 25min drive.

THE FEEL OF THE BACKYARD

The back yard is completely fenced. Lots of beds with colorful plants and palm trees. At the canal will you find a boat dock with lift, guest boat dock and large patio on the water for relaxing on the adirondack chairs or sun loungers. Lift is blocked by our own boat, but there is enough space to bring your boat or a rental boat. The oversize lot has views down the whole canal.

A HOUSE WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED

The house is an old South Florida Ranch built just a few years after the founding of the city. It therefore has the very beautiful old Florida style. The Greatroom offers a modern sleeper sofa for 2 persons and enough room for a full family tv night with a 75" smart TV with 100+ cable TV channels as well as a bluetooth stereo system. The Floridaroom or Sunroom is now the dining room with long dining table and 8 chairs. The windows are all cranking. The house is fully air-conditioned. Wifi is of course available throughout the property at 200 Mbps for free. The kitchen is completely equiped with dishwasher, bar, frenchdoor refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, blender, etc.. You will find everything a good vaccation kitchen needs. We have a highchair, kids dishes and a babybed.

BEDROOM FOR THE BESTIES

The guest bedroom offers a spacious closet, a king-size bed complete with bed linen, a USB charging station and a 60" Smart TV with local TV channels. The guest bathroom is equipped with a large vanity, large mirror, hairdryer, towels and a large shower.

MASTER BEDROOM

The master bedroom also has a king size bed complete with linens, a small comode, a USB charging station and a 60" smart TV with local TV channels. The attached closet offers two areas- for her & him. Through the closet you go to the master bathroom, which has a separate exit to the pool. There is plenty of towels, a hair dryer, a large double vanity, a shower and a large mirror.

THE POOL AND PATIO

The pool is 47 to 69 inches deep, has stairs, a bench, underwater lighting, big solar pool heater and a heatpump, so you can enjoy your favorite pool temperature every time of the year. The lanai is fully screened, has a big fan, a nice weber bbq grill, sun loungers and comfy swivel chairs.

THE GARAGE

The garage is partially blocked by our pwcs. You will find some beach chairs, a sun umbrella and beach toys you might take to the beach. 4 bikes can be used to explore the area or an evening ride to the beach to enjoy the sunset.

This is a wonderful gem. We absolutely loved our stay. The management company was super helpful and nice. They will show up shortly after your arrival and upon your departure for meter check and ensure things aren’t damaged. For reference the electric was less than $40 for our five nights stay so no big deal.

Just wrapped up two months of sunshine every day at the perfect location in Cape Coral! We used the pool almost every day and never had to use the heat pump to warm the water. The solar panels on the roof kept the water close to 90 all day. The house has been redone and has new appliances and lots of TVs. We rode our bikes uptown to most of the restaurants. What a lovely home and area of Cape Coral. The home was spacious and comfortable with a wonderful pool and relaxing dock area. During our stay, we experienced a hot spell and the pool was wonderful. The solar heater kept the water temperature a warm 92 degrees. The neighborhood was quiet and very friendly. Our daily walk and bike ride experience was so relaxing. The other people out doing the same were so pleasant and friendly. The owner kept in contact with us to ensure our stay was smooth and relaxing. A wonderful 5 weeks for us.
